MCLP Class of 2020 Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Multicultural Leadership Program (MCLP), an intense leadership development program which runs from July through March of each year. Anyone 21 or older who lives or works in McLean County, Illinois is eligible to apply through this online form. 

• Applicants should be available for all sessions listed here in the Program Schedule.
• Applicants should read the Participant Agreement to understand expectations for the program.  

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email with a link to provide contact information for reference.  

• Required:  At least two references from individuls who are not related to you: 
  • One employer support form and one reference form OR
  • Two MCLP Reference forms.
• Optional:  If applicable, ask a family member to complete the family support form (this does not count as a required reference). 

After May 31, applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. 

Individuals selected to participate will be notified by mid-June and asked to sign a "Participant Agreement."  Once the agreement is received, individuals will begin a series of assessments in preparation for the orientation in July.
